The design of the existing site looks outdated, not very user-friendly, has high-quality photos but enough important information for visitors.
Therefore, the goal of the project was to create a modern and convenient design that could attract potential visitors to increase the number of students in the school, increase the rating of the school.
My role:
As the lead designer and project manager, I conducted market research, defined user personas, created user flows, and designed the UI/UX.

Update the website design to create a modern and attractive look, new colors, fonts and graphic elements.
Taking into account the needs of users visiting the site from mobile phones and tablets, and ensuring the adaptability of the site.
Simplify the structure of the site to make it easier for users to find information.
Solution
This project is a redesign of the Sophie-Scholl-Realschule Weiden State High School for Girls Weiden in der Oberpfalz, Germany.
The design of the existing site looks outdated, not very user-friendly, has high-quality photos but enough important information for visitors. Therefore, the goal of the project was to create a modern and convenient design that could attract potential visitors to increase the number of students in the school, increase the rating of the school.
Analysis
Before the redesign, research and analysis of sites of other schools were carried out. This helped to understand what successful solutions can be used for our project, also to highlight basic information for the user.
